The development is led by Steiner + Associates, with sales managed by New Albany Realty. Each home brings together village vernacular and modern proportion: handmade brick, board and batten siding, local limestone, copper downspouts, and gas lighting outside; Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove kitchens, Brizo plumbing, and Visual Comfort lighting inside.
